The first of the stores you enter at Lone Star is the mercantile, which
is now a gift shop. It is full of antiques, collectibles, souvenir items
and children's toys, with most of the latter representing toys youngsters
played with in a bygone era. There are tops, cap pistols, hand puppets, sheriff's badges, marbles, bandanas, Raggedy Ann dolls, trains, engineer caps, etc.

There is also a wooden Indian and an antique Royal Crown Cola drink box
filled with Nehi orange, grape, and peach drinks, and R.C. Colas. Next
to the R.C. Cola box are the moon pies!In yet another location, there is an old Coca Cola box filled with the hard-to-find six ounce Coca Colas in glass bottles.
